As compare to petrol इंजन जो कि डीजल के मुकाबले पेट्रोल का इंजन छोटा भी चलता है और बाइक या स्कूटी जो छोटे कार होते हैं उसमें अगर डीजल डाल दिया जाए तो गाड़ी का साइज बढ़ाना पड़ेगा और डीजल इंजन जो होता है वह ज्यादा vibration और sound को produce करता है | जो कि छोटे गाड़ियों के लिए यह सही नहीं है इसीलिए बाइक और स्कूटी में डीजल इंजन यूज नहीं किया जाता है | Only पेट्रोल इंजन का ही यूज किया जाता है ताकि इंजन का साइज भी चल जाए कम vibration भी हो और sound भी हो |

Basically what diesel is, it is a powerful engine, in which high compression is used and to handle the same high power, the physical size of the engine has to be increased.
As compare to petrol engine which makes petrol engine smaller as compared to diesel. And if diesel is put in the bike or scooty which are small cars, then the size of the car will have to be increased.
And what a diesel engine is, it produces more vibration and sound. Which is not right for small vehicles, that's why diesel engine is not used in bikes and scooty. Only petrol engine is used so that the size of the engine will also run, there is less vibration and there is also sound.
