पानी में ब्रिज कैसे बनता है :-

दोस्तों अपने तो बड़े-बड़े समुद्र नदियों पर लंबे-लंबे फुल बने हुए तो देखे ही होंगे और यह एक पिलर पर टिका होता है तो आपने कभी ना कभी तो सोचा ही होगा कि आखिर इतने बड़े समुद्र और नदी में यह पुल के पिलर कैसे बने होगे|

असल में आपको पता न होगा कि पुल बनाने से पहले कई साइंटिफिकली रिसर्च किया जाता है 

जैसे :- नदी की गहराई, नदी के नीचे मिट्टी की क्वालिटी, पानी चलने की स्पीड, ब्रिज बनने पर उस पर पड़ने वाली भार और उसको चलने वाली गाड़ियों का भार ऐसे और भी कई चीजों पर रिसर्च किया जाता है |

For example :- research is done on the depth of the river, the quality of the soil under the river, the speed of running water, the load on it when the bridge is built and the weight of the vehicles running on it.

बहती हुई नदी पुल के पिलर कैसे बनाते हैं ?

ऐसे डलती है नींव :-

पुल बनाने से पहले उसकी नींव को लेकर भी प्लान किया जाता है। पानी के बीच रखी जाने वाली इस नींव को Cofferdam कहते हैं। ये ड्रम के समान होती है,जिन्हें क्रेन आदि के माध्यम से पानी के एकदम बीच में स्थापित किया जाता है।

Cofferdam को काफी ज्यादा मजबूत स्टील से बना कर तैयार किया जाता है |

Cofferdam का इस्तेमाल :-

Cofferdam का इस्तेमाल पानी के अंदर पिलर बनाने में किया जाता है और इसको पानी के अंदर कुछ ऐसे डाला जाता है कि इसके अंदर पानी नहीं घुस पाता है और जो भी पानी बहता है इसके आसपास से ही निकल जाता है इसके बाद cofferdam मे पाइप डालकर सारा पानी बाहर निकाल लिया जाता है और उसके बाद नीचे मिट्टी दिखाई देने लगती है तो नीचे इंजीनियर जाकर पिलर बनाने का काम करते है|

                                 और तो और पानी बहुत ज्यादा गहरा होता है तो हो cofferdam के सहारे यहां पर पुल बनाना बहुत ज्यादा मुश्किल हो जाता है|

                                   और जिन जगहों पर पानी ज्यादा होता है तो उन जगहों पर पहले अच्छी तरह से रिसर्च किया जाता है और वहां पर नीचे कुछ पॉइंट बनाया जाता है एंड जहां अच्छी मिट्टी होती है  वहीं पर पुल बनाने का जगह चुना जाता है| 

इसके बाद उसी पॉइंट पर नीचे गड्ढे किया जाता है और गड्ढे में पाइप ऊपर से नीचे डाला जाता है और पाइप के अंदर ही पिलर बनाने का मटेरियल सीमेंट जैसे और भी काफी चीजें लगता है 
वैसे ही कई सारे पाइप मिलकर एक पिलर का रूप ले लेती है|

The cofferdam is used to make a pillar inside the water and it is put inside the water in such a way that the water cannot enter inside it and whatever water flows out from around it, after that all the pipe is put in the cofferdam. The water is taken out and after that the soil starts appearing below, then the engineers go downstairs to make pillars

And if the water is too deep, then it becomes very difficult to build a bridge here with the help of cofferdam. 

And in the places where there is more water, then those places are thoroughly researched first and some points are made at the bottom and where there is good soil, the place to build the bridge is chosen. 

After this, the pit is done at the same point and the pipe is inserted from top to bottom in the pit and inside the pipe itself, many other things like cement are used to make pillars. Similarly, many pipes together take the form of a pillar.

पुल कैसे होता है तैयार :- 

 एक जगह पर पिलर बनाते समय दूसरे जगह पर भी पिलर बनाने का काम चलता है और ऐसे ही काम चलते चलते दो पिलर तैयार हो जाता है।  दोनों पिलर के ऊपर एक बॉक्स बना दिया जाता है ऐसे करने के बाद दोनों पिलर को एक दूसरे के बीच ब्लॉक्स को सेट करके एक पुल बना दिया जाता है |
